“High blood sugar was not my issue; I'm on thyroid medicine. My hair has been sheading for the last two years. I could only sleep three or four hours a night. After two months on my program, I noticed I had more energy. Once my sleep improved - my diet, my exercise, my motivation, my weight loss all improved. To my great surprise, my hair stopped sheading! This was a bonus surprise. I feel like someone turned on a light inside of me and I feel motivated to keep improving my wellness habits."

"I'm under forty and my blood pressure was over 150/88 on a regular basis. After two months on my program, my blood pressure finally dropped to a consistent healthy range of 120/75. I thought my high blood pressure was hereditary. I have abandon that belief pattern and my new wellness habits are working well."

“I am a licensed healthcare professional. I take care of a lot of people, and now, someone is taking care of me. My A1C has been in the pre-diabetic range for years, and this has been very discouraging. After two months on my program, I feel like God stepped in and took my hand. I am motivated, and excited about my progress. My sense of well-being has been restored."
